Malala Media Action is a registered social enterprise organization based in Turkana West, Kakuma . We are dedicated to promoting communication for development and reskilling of youths. We are impact oriented team that inspire , empower and transform lives and drive sustainable growth through creative media. We also endeavour to provide reliable and accurate information to the communities in Turkana West through creative media and community engagement.

Our Team
About the Team Leader
Clement Loboi Lotiang is professional with extensive experience in community projects management and Implementation. He is dedicated to fostering positive social change, Clement brings over five years of experience in empowering marginalized communities through well planned, designed, verified information using digital media strategies.
Throughout his career, Clement has successfully managed and coordinated impactful community initiatives, including the SAWA SHABAB Radio drama project supported by GIZ in partnership with Peacetechlab, in 2019, late 2020-2021. He recruited, trained and managed upto 50 community facilitators and the mobilization of approximately 3,000 participants for the project in Kakuma. His roles involved contributing to content development and lead project planning and implementation, and overseeing facilitators to ensure effective implementation.
In collaboration with Build Up and GIZ, Clement played a significant role in supporting the execution and implementation of a socio-economic development project for youths in Turkana West County, Kenya. His ability to lead complex projects and inspire teams has solidified his reputation as a dedicated and results-oriented professional committed to driving meaningful change in underserved communities.
