Civic Lab Africa is a creative digital media company built to inform, inspire, and empower young people across Africa. We believe that when youth are given the right tools and platforms, they can shape powerful conversations and lead to real change in their communities.
We create content that speaks directly to young audiences, whether it’s through podcasts, online radio, digital campaigns, or training programs. Our work blends storytelling and civic education.

Creative think tank team dedicated to crafting transformative and inspiring content that promotes behavioral change and attitude. They specialize in creative strategies that are impactful and sustainable.
Nexus Radio
Internet Radio designed to facilitate dialogue between multi-sector players and the public to educate, amplify community voices, catalyst action, create social accountability, enhance participation at all levels for sustainable development primarily through a network of radios and social groups.
Participatory Education Team (PET)
Our network of community social groups that sustain dialogue and connections for change. PET team members are highly trained and self-driven individuals in ensuring that the communities are informed. PET enhance social learning, promote participatory development, facilitate community feedback and close feedback loops. the network harnesses community led solutions and works with organizations, companies, community and leaders as well as work with social groups (women, men, youth, faith, fan clubs). Our Recent Project
In Kakuma, Civic Lab Africa teamed up with local youth to tackle rising crime through creativity and connection. Together, we launched a community-driven initiative that used soccer as a tool for peace and awareness. Young people gathered on the field—not just to play, but to spark conversations about safety, unity, and the dangers of robbery and violence.
While the games brought people together offline, Civic Lab amplified the message online—engaging youth through digital campaigns, stories, and discussions that challenged harmful behaviors and promoted positive choices.
